A three-day training program on Leadership, Public Speaking, and Minute Writing was successfully conducted from November 24 to 26 (Mangsir 9 to 11) at the office of Ward No. 3, Tinau Rural Municipality. The program was jointly organized by Women Acting Together for Change (WATCH) and Ward No. 3 of Tinau Rural Municipality, with financial support from the ward and technical assistance from WATCH.
Objective of the Program
The primary goal of the training was to enhance women’s leadership skills, improve their public speaking abilities, and equip them with the knowledge and techniques for formal minute writing. A total of 40 participants from nine groups working in collaboration with WATCH actively took part in the program.
Facilitation and Training Content
The training was facilitated by Parbata Shrestha, a staff member at WATCH.

- Self-leadership development
- How to effectively conduct programs
- Delivering speeches based on assigned responsibilities
- Importance of minute writing, common mistakes, and how to avoid them
- Practical exercises on writing minutes and conducting programs
